Future proofing your business: Promoting mentally healthy work for productivity
This course is delivered through University of Cantebury’s Executive Education Programme, and is ideal for organisational leaders of any level, especially those making decisions about performance and innovation and who are interested in how mentally healthy work can support these aims.
We work with organisations, leaders, and teams on supporting a better workplace environment.
Our work leads to better employee engagement and wellbeing, enabling organisations to adapt to challenges, thrive, and grow.
-
Responsive
We use a variety of approaches—participatory, qualitative, and quantitative—to understand the challenges and opportunities that organisations face. We tailor our approach to each organisation’s needs.
-
Engaged
We build meaningful relationships with our research and workplace partners. We work collaboratively with organisations to co-create ideas around new ways of working.
-
Practical Science
Our approaches and recommendations are informed by science. We transform cutting-edge research into evidence-backed solutions, and further personalised them to each organisation.
