Psychosocial risk management
We conduct research and work with organisations to design mentally healthy work that supports employee wellbeing and productivity, and complies with New Zealand’s Health and Safety legislation.

Our work focuses on promoting psychologically safe workplace cultures. We also design measurement tools to understand team culture and ways to enhance the psychological safety in your work teams.

While high work demands are a common element of today’s working environment, striving for a balance of demands and resources can support employee wellbeing and performance. In this work stream, we focus on identifying work demands, conditions, and resources that impact wellbeing and engagement.
